We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a passion for creating products and solutions for the complex multi-application platform.

Our team provides SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across the businesses.

This is a hands-on role to work with a meta-model structure, processing, and tooling used throughout the company and company’s products.

Responsibilities:

  • Compose and maintain a short-term (Sprint backlog) and long-term (roadmap) product scope
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and documents
  • Proactively create and propose the solutions based on the Customer’s needs instead of focusing on the problems
  • Create and maintain the scope for 3 Sprints upfront that meet Definition of Ready (user stories with acceptance criteria)
  • Work with the Development Team to plan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy
  • Ensure that the sprint backlog is well-defined, and the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done
  • Work closely with the Development Team, Architects, Designers, and other stakeholders by facilitating communication to ensure that the product is developed in a collaborative and cross-functional manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders, Customers, and the Development Team and effectively communicate the product features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Build nice, strong, and collaborative relationships with colleagues and the Customer
  • Work in a Scrum project team under supervision of PMs
  • Develop data sets and incorporate algorithms
  • Create documentation, demo videos, and demo scripts
  • Work with PD data scientist teams and complement their efforts
  • Draw insights and create visualizations
  • Manage the planning and execution of the requirements with the PD Team
  • Work on planning and execution of the product roadmap

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in IT: at least 4 years in Product Owner/Product Manager position
  • Basic Data Science and MLOps background along with product management experience
  • Experience in identifying and gathering functional and non-functional requirements, specifically user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Be proactive to drive product demo of developed ML models
  • ​Experience in creating a product from scratch
  • Experience in creation and facilitating good communication pipeline with Customer and stakeholders (communication plan, customer interviews, demos, workshops, etc.)
  • Experience with creation and maintenance of product documentation from high level (roadmap) to low level (user story)
  • Experience working with UX Designers and managing them
  • A clear understanding of the product vision, strategy and ability to communicate it to the team
  • Experience in sprint planning and managing the product backlog
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English, coupled with the ability to convey an opinion diplomatically
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced Agile environment

Will be a plus:

  • Engineering experience
  • Experience with enterprise-level projects
  • Knowledge of MS Azure, CI/CD, DB, and experience with different types of NFR testing, products integration, and data migration
