Digicode seeks a dynamic and organized Senior React developer to help build a platform that provides advanced tools to empower defense attorneys.

Your React/NET Skills + AI = Legal Tech Revolution.

Who we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar), and React performance optimization.
• Experience designing or refactoring large-scale, modular front-end systems.
• Hands-on experience with real-time client-server communication (WebSockets, GraphQL subscriptions, etc.).
• Proven ability to evaluate, select, and integrate new libraries and tools effectively.
• Strong grasp of TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, Webpack/Vite, and frontend CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and mentor team members.
• A track record of architectural ownership in at least one large React-based project.

Nice to have:

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture or modular monorepos (e.g., Nx, Turborepo).
• Knowledge of Next.js and SSR/SSG strategies.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Exposure to DevOps for front-end apps, such as build pipelines or automated deployments

What you’re going to do:

• Architect and refactor existing front-end systems to improve scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
• Design and document component architecture, state management strategy, and client-server communication flows.
• Lead technical decision-making, including evaluation and selection of new libraries, tools, and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide front-end engineers, providing technical direction and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless, performant, and elegant user experiences.
• Ensure performance, security, and accessibility standards are met across all client applications.
• Drive modernization efforts, including migration to newer technologies and patterns as appropriate.
