About the Project:

Join Digicode’s cross-functional team and play a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients by applying innovative data products. You will work collaboratively with both our client’s platform team and the end customers, ensuring that our solutions meet strategic business goals and deliver value at each stage of implementation. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with enterprise and public sector clients in the USA, UK, and EU, contributing to their success and modernization.

Main Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, with a proven track record of working on complex, large-scale projects.
• Domain Expertise: Experience with large enterprise or public sector customers in the USA, UK, or EU is essential.
• English Proficiency: Advanced level in reading and writing English for seamless communication with international stakeholders.

Technical Tools Proficiency:

• Collaboration Tools: Confluence, Jira
• Prototyping Tools: Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
• Diagramming Tools: Visio, DrawIO, Gliffy, Enterprise Architect, etc.
• Data Analysis: Excel (intermediate level or above)
• Additional Tools (Nice to Have): Postman, Swagger
• Documentation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in documenting requirements, including Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Rules.
• Specialized Documents: Proficiency in writing BRD, FRD, and Technical Specifications.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Public Sector Experience: Background in projects for the public sector, especially in the UK or Europe.
• UML Diagrams: Proficiency in UML diagramming to effectively represent complex system structures and workflows.
