About the project:

A digital insurance & wellness platform that is expanding into a mobile-first solution. The team is building a scalable mobile application using React Native as the core technology. This role combines hands-on development with mentorship and technical guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code quality
• Integrate with REST APIs and third-party services
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
• Share best practices and modern approaches in React Native / ReactJS development
• Support in choosing tools, libraries, and architectural solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production projects
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS (hooks, context, component lifecycle)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Flux)
• Understanding of REST API integration
• Solid grasp of OOP principles and clean code practices
• Basic experience with testing fundamentals (unit/integration tests)
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (ability to mentor, explain decisions, collaborate effectively)
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Flow or TypeScript
• Understanding of server-side rendering and micro-frontends (single-spa)
• Knowledge of Webpack and CSS fundamentals
