The Devart marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to enhance and deliver high-quality content for the website and blog, manage the content creation team, and develop/improve content development processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager
- 2+ years of experience in content writing
- Proven experience in the IT sector, with a technical and/or SEO background
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- People management experience
- Understanding of the basic principles of social media promotion: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and instant messengers
- Experience in maintaining a brand content plan on a large number of external resources
- Being able to gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources
- Understanding of the principles of cross-cultural communication in English-speaking countries and Western Europe
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Active listening and feedback-providing skills
Responsibilities
- Manage content development processes
- Edit and proofread content
- Manage the content team and build relationships with freelance copywriters
- Create editing guidelines
- Work with the site admin panel and SEO texts
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Product Management, Sales, User Acquisition, PR, SEO, and Link Building teams
- Manage and improve content creation processes
- Validate articles and whitepapers written by third-party authors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content plan fulfillment
- Control KPIs and overall team performance
