Fullstack/R&D Developer

DevCom is looking for a Full-stack developer who can join our team!

We’re looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join our team, focusing on R&D, AI, and ML. You’ll be crucial to developing and maintaining cutting-edge solutions for system performance and reliability. This role offers a chance to work on exciting, long-term projects, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. Office location: Lviv

Work mode: We are open to considering candidates for remote collaboration who are currently based in Europe, including those from Ukraine.

Software Type: Different “Proof of concepts” and real projects related to AI industry: Voice Bots, Chat Bots, LLMs trained on custom datasets, integration with GPT and other pre-trained models

Required Skills:

• At least one of the backend technologies — .Net, Python, Node.js (2+)
• Familiarity with modern LLMs and AI technologies: Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents
• Strong proficiency in a microservices architecture
• English B1 or higher (spoken and written)
• Readiness to learn another technology (.Net/Java/Node.js, React/Angular/VueJS, Serverless, AI-based platforms/systems)

Optional skills:

• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks like React/Angular/VueJS
• At least one database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL, some practical experience)
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
