We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Sales Manager!
Objectives:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
- Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
- Understanding of B2B world — reaching out to business decision-makers is different from reaching out to consumers, so you need to know who your prospects are and what they care about.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Skills and qualifications:
- Advanced+ English
- 3 or more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Time management skills, proactivity, and result-orientation
- Experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation
- Experience in using Upwork/LinkedIn for lead generation
- Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system
- Understanding KPIs measurement and creation of reports
