IT Sales Manager (ADVANCED Eng) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Sales Manager!

Objectives:

• Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
• Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions address them
• Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
• Understanding of B2B world — reaching out to business decision-makers is different from reaching out to consumers, so you need to know who your prospects are and what they care about.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Skills and qualifications:

• Advanced+ English
• 3 or more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Time management skills, proactivity, and result-orientation
• Experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation
• Experience in using Upwork/LinkedIn for lead generation
• Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system
• Understanding KPIs measurement and creation of reports
