Responsibilities:
- Support CRM activities related to sales, including data entry, follow-ups and lead tracking
- Managing CEO’s calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, sending reminders
- Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and other logistics as needed
- Help with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and work independently with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in an administrative or business-related role
Will be a huge plus:
- Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken)
- Residence in Poland (Warsaw)
