Required knowledge and skills:
— At least 1 year of experience in sales/research/lead generation in the B2B market in the IT sector;
— At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
— Minimum 1 year of experience in IT lead generation;
— Experience with email/LinkedIn advertising campaigns;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Experience with CRM (Hubspot, etc.) and cold automation tools;
— Upper-intermediate in spoken and written English (B2+);
— Organized and goal-oriented individual.
Main responsibilities:
— Generating business leads primarily through outbound channels;
— Engaging and converting potential clients into leads;
— Building effective communication with potential clients through social networks (LinkedIn, email);
— Searching and analyzing information about potential or existing clients and markets;
— Active participation in identifying new markets and directions;
— Determining the ideal balance between client needs and company expertise;
— Working with cold outreach automation tools;
— Daily work with CRM;
— Fundamental research of companies and contacts in target markets and target companies.
— Scheduling meetings with the Sales Team
Will be a plus:
— Skills in creating and sending various types of content;
— Skills in data selection and analysis;
— Previous experience in an outsourcing/staffing company.
