QA Engineer (Manual + Automation | Product team | TypeScript/Playwright)

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who’s not just into checking boxes, but who truly cares about product quality.

At Creatio, we’re building a no-code platform used by thousands of companies worldwide to automate their workflows. Our QAs are a core part of this process: we don’t just catch bugs, we help the product grow in the right direction.

This role is a mix of manual and automation testing (roughly 50/50). You’ll write and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright and TypeScript, test complex business logic, work closely with developers and product owners, and improve our testing process.

What you’ll work on

• Create and maintain E2E automated tests with Playwright (in TypeScript)
• Perform exploratory and manual testing for new features and complex workflows
• Cover UI/API/business logic scenarios
• Work closely with developers and analysts to identify edge cases and improve test coverage
• Contribute to improving our QA processes, tools, and reporting

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in manual and/or automated testing
• Have basic JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge, or strong motivation to switch from Java/Python
• Have experience with web UI testing, E2E test scenarios, and API testing
• Think critically and spot not just bugs, but risks
• Are curious, proactive, and like to suggest improvements — not just follow instructions

Bonus points if you:

• Have used Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Have worked with CI/CD pipelines
• Know how to prioritize test coverage
• Understand basics of mobile testing or cross-browser testing
