Senior Software Engineer with AI Experience (вакансія неактивна)

🟠 Details: we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar technologies.

You will work on solving complex retrieval, context management, and response reliability challenges in AI-powered products. The role focuses on designing scalable AI systems, improving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, optimizing retrieval quality, and integrating LLM providers into production environments.

🟠 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Python or TypeScript as a primary programming language.
• Strong commercial experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, chunking, reranking, retrieval optimization, and hallucination mitigation.
• Proven experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines and AI-powered systems.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar.
• Experience with OpenAI API / SDK and other LLM providers.
• Experience with context engineering, evaluation workflows, and response quality optimization.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar.
• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, token optimization, and context limitations.
• Experience optimizing latency, token usage, and cost-efficiency of LLM systems.
• Understanding of observability, tracing, and evaluation approaches for AI systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, CI/CD, Linux environments, and scalable backend systems.
• English language proficiency at B2 level (upper-intermediate) and above.

🟠 Would be a plus:

• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools such as LangSmith, DeepEval, Helicone, Grafana, or similar.
• Experience with NLP, fine-tuning, AI agents, or evaluation datasets.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or microservices.

🟠 Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize scalable AI-powered services and LLM integrations.
• Build and improve RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and semantic search infrastructure.
• Improve the retrieval quality, reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI systems.
• Integrate and evaluate OpenAI and other LLM providers.
• Develop evaluation, monitoring, and experimentation workflows for AI systems.
• Drive AI-related architectural decisions and contribute to R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable AI-powered solutions.

🟠 Interview steps:

• Screening with the recruiter (about 45 minutes).
• Take-home task (expected duration: 2–4 hours).
• Technical interview with the CEO (about 1 hour).
• Optional live coding session with a Python or TypeScript Developer (about 1 hour).
