A German software development company with headquarters in Cologne is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in PHP (Laravel)

Requirements:

Technical background and 3+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel Framework) development in commercial software development;

Understanding of OOP, TDD, Patterns, SOLID, and RESTful APIs;

Experience in server administration and containerization with Docker (Docker Compose) and Kubernetes;

Database (MySQL);

Caching and queueing with Redis;

CI/CD-Pipelines;

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

Develop and innovate complex technical web-based software projects;

Find optimal solutions to complex problems;

Clean, reusable code is what you write;

Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;

Collaborate with international teams, document code, and facilitate clear communication among team members.
