We’re looking for a Lawyer to streamline company registration processes and manage our document workflow efficiently. This role involves handling bank accounts openings, support of the banking accounts ongoing requests, documents verification and preparation, and the organizational aspects of companies registration and maintenance.
🚀 Responsibilities:
- Support the company registration process, being responsible for opening bank accounts and working with bank requests.
- Administer companies, addressing corporate matters, and maintaining documentation for existing entities.
- Ensure accurate document preparation and verification for company setups.
- Communication with agents and lawyers regarding company registration processes and clarification of legal questions.
- Acquiring licenses for conducting financial operations across various jurisdictions.
- Drafting external policies for the website, terms of use, privacy policies and etc.
- Conducting legal research.
- Stay updated on legal requirements for company registrations across different jurisdictions.
🚀 Requirements:
- Experience with company registrations and managing legal documentation.
- Experience with banking accounts opening is a must. Strong understanding of nature of banking requests and ability cover those request in timely manner.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with agents and external parties.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of company formations with experience in international jurisdictions.
- Legal education is preferred but not mandatory; significant experience in legal firms or departments focused on corporate setups is crucial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
- Experience working in crypto, AI, or payment companies is a plus.
