Requirements:

— 6+ years in product management, preferably within API development or SaaS solutions.
— Strong ability to define products from the user experience backwards.
— Proven track record in leading complex product development in a fast-paced environment.
— Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
— Proficiency in project management tools.
— Upper-intermediate English is needed for effective collaboration with international teams.
— Live in Cyprus or possibility to relocate to Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

— Develop and drive product strategy aligned with user and market needs.
— Define, prioritise, and oversee the development of API features, ensuring smooth integration with internal and external systems.
— Lead and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
— Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in maritime security.
— Gather user feedback and data-driven insights to refine and enhance API functionality.
— Ensure timely project execution within scope, budget, and technical feasibility.
— Foster innovation within the R&D team, encouraging experimentation with new methodologies and technologies.
— Mentor and influence future product management hires, setting best practices and product standards.

Would be a plus

— Experience working across multiple companies with diverse tech stacks.
— Background in product management for web applications.
— Prior exposure to maritime security, cybersecurity, or big data products.
