As a Graphic Designer with Animation skills, you will play a key role in creating engaging and visually striking user experiences. Your creativity and visual language will define the design of campaigns, UI animations, and brand materials, making a tangible impact on user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop graphic materials: banners, social media posts, promo materials.
• Create animation ads for digital products.
• Animate illustrations, icons, and graphic elements.
• Design animations for UI elements.
• Use animation as part of brand identity.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all brand communications.
• Develop creative assets with AI tools.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with GIF animation, 2D and 3D graphics.
• Understanding of advertising principles on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube.
• Skill in adapting creatives for different advertising platforms.
• Use AI tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) to generate, edit, and adapt creative assets.
• Combine traditional design skills with AI-assisted workflows to speed up content production.

Additional Skills:

• Skills in 3D design, Blender, and Figma is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Ability to generate ideas and propose creative solutions.
