As a Retention manager, you will have the opportunity to face interesting challenges! These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for various audiences, and continually evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you will need experience with retention metrics and tools such as CRM systems and Customer.io as well as knowledge of the IGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.
  • A\B test for a different audience.
  • Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and keeping account overviews.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • About 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with retention metrics.
  • English skills — at least В1.
  • Knowledge tools: CRM system, Customer.io.
  • Necessary experience in domains IGaming.
