As a Sportsbook Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the bookmaking product. This includes managing odds, analyzing data and statistics, and crafting strategies to attract customers.

Location: Relocation to Varna, Bulgaria is obligatory! (provide relocation)

Requirements:

• 3+ years in the acquisition, 1 year in sports betting.
• Proactively contribute to the development and enhancement of the product, focusing on improving user acquisition funnel metrics.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with marketing entities, including media, sponsorship, and affiliate partners.
• Create and oversee sports-specific retention communication through various channels.
• Optimize Return on Investment (ROI) for user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Possess expertise in Marketing and Sports Betting.
• Demonstrated skills in product marketing management.
• Proficiency in product and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize sportsbook, and traffic effectively.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
• Optimize customer retention programs.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the sports betting domain.
• Achieve a proficiency level of B2 or above.
