Candidate’s location — Europe
Your skills and expertise:
• 3+ years of experience in BA
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of BA role, responsibilities, and deliverables for different types of projects (RUP, Agile)
• Fundamental analytical skills, ability to organize information into documentation
• Ability to convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements
• Proactivity and responsibility, good communication skills
• Knowledge of BA techniques
• Relevant experience (business/functional analysis)
• Experience in modeling with UML
• Experience in creating UI prototypes/mockups
• Experience with JIRA/Redmine/other task management systems
• Accomplished projects in any business domains
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies of SDLC
• Experience in collaboration with foreign customers and their teams
• Participation in planning and risk evaluation
• Upper-intermediate English
Will be a plus:
• Experience with Pre-sale activities
• Experience with interviewing
Your responsibilities:
• Identification of requirements for a project at the customer’s site: from business to functional and non-functional requirements.
• Description of the processes for the development team.
• Development of the concept of the solution of the developed product.
• Formation of the concept into a technical assignment with specific requirements for a future product.
• Participation in project evaluation.
• Development of prototypes of the user interface.
• Prioritization of requirements.
• Consultation of developers and QA during product development on requirements-related issues.
• Formation of reports on the results of sprints, and meetings with the client.
• Conducting demos, presentations, and meetings on the project.

Experience in the financial sector is needed. The requirement is in the Banking Operations area. The client is looking for someone strong in BPM space.
Please note that there will be frequent traveling to Geneva involved, so we will need someone ready for business trips. Travel will be charged to the client.
Responsibilities:
• Need candidates who have worked in BPM space, on tools like Appian, Pega, IBM-BPM, etc. + at least awareness of AuraQuantic (Please note: RPA and JIRA and Confluence cannot be considered as BPM tools. BPMN is a UML language for modeling but this is not a proper BPM tool).
• Experience in the financial sector/banking operations area”
