About the project:

Our Insurtech project, developed in-house, consists of three key platforms: an advanced web platform for managing insurance policies, a leading aggregator of insurance companies, and an intuitive mobile application for navigating medical insurance.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a Team or Tech Lead position;
• 4+ years of commercial experience in Java development including Java 8;
• Experience in product companies: fintech, e-commerce, or insurance domain;
• Experience with High-Load application development;
• Understanding the principles of scaling web applications;
• Experience with Spring (IoC, Boot, Data, MVC, AOP, Security), Spring Cloud, JMS;
• Experience with SQL and JPA/Hibernate, NoSQL;
• Experience with RabbitMQ;
• Experience with AWS, understanding the principles of Cloud Native solutions development;
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful API;
• Understanding the best practices of monitoring distributed applications;
• Experience with Docker;
• Good communication skills;
• Decision-making ability.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
