We are currently seeking a Business Development Director’s Assistant, whose primary focus will be to provide effective support to the Business Development Director in daily operational and strategic tasks aimed at enhancing business development processes, client retention, and new client acquisition. This role will involve organizing and analyzing information to facilitate well-informed business decisions, as well as actively participating in company life and events within the business aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance to the Head of Business Development with daily tasks:
    • Contact with clients and leads
    • Managing CRM
    • Coordinating meetings
    • Scheduling meetings and setting reminders in the work calendar
    • Sending emails and messages via messengers.
  • Preparing reports on achieved KPIs and project statuses.
  • Handling client inquiries.
  • Participating in the search for potential leads.
  • Assisting with preparation for participation in luxury travel industry networking events.
  • Preliminary client analysis, developing client profiles, and scripts for contacting them.
  • Participating in the creation of the Business Development Department presentations.
  • Participating in team brainstorming sessions on new methods for lead generation and ways to engage potential clients.
  • Participating in market research: analysing competitors, market trends, and identifying client needs.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or sales for at least 6 months.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and attention to details.
  • High level of resilience and determination.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, determination and focus.
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Relational ease.
  • Knowledge of office automation and CRM tools.
