Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our Employer Brand goals;
• Grow and manage our presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, X); Maintain a structured content plan across these channels;
• Create high-quality content — from writing posts and articles to generating ideas for videos and campaigns;
• Analyze competitors, target audience, and trends related to the GameDev, Web3, and Crypto industries;
• Write and edit articles, press releases, and interview materials;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of PR and SMM activities;
• Provide regular reports on communication results and suggest improvements to boost visibility and reach.

What we expect:

• 1+ year of experience in PR, content marketing, SMM, or external communications;
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools;
• Proven ability to create engaging, business-aligned narratives;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Strategic thinking, attention to details, and a proactive mindset;
• Familiarity with the crypto, tech, or Web3 space is a big plus.
