Main responsibilities:

• Formalize and document the design to communicate it to the project teams;
• Calculate the economic model in the game (expenditure and income of the game currency, complexity curve);
• Create tasks based on Game Design Document (GDD) for art, development, and other units;
• Conduct quality control of tasks.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Strong knowledge of game design (gameplay, player psychology, game mechanics) and UX;
• Experience in maintaining game/technical documentation;
• Knowledge of in-game economy and balance;
• Analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down into their key variables and identify the relations between them;
• Work experience with shipped products;
• English level — Intermediate +;
• Passion for games.

Nice to have:

• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency;
• Understanding product LiveOps cycles.
