We are looking for a Tech Lead who will take ownership of the technical direction of the product and lead the development team in building a scalable, high-performance platform.

Bintime is building a team to strengthen development for a trading platform focused on SME securities. The team’s goal is to develop an in-house solution, migrate from the existing platform, and further support and evolve the product by delivering new modules and functionality.
The platform is designed with modularity, scalability, and observability in mind, and is built using modern technologies including .NET, Angular, Microsoft Orleans, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer role
• Strong experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• Solid experience with Angular and modern frontend development practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services
• Experience designing and building distributed systems
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and performance optimization
• Experience with Redis (caching, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with event-driven and real-time systems (e.g., SignalR, messaging)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of system scalability, reliability, and observability
• Ability to work across the full stack and make architectural decisions for both backend and frontend
• Experience working with high-load systems is a plus
• English — Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments is a strong plus
• Experience with Kubernetes in multi-environment setups

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical architecture of the platform across backend and frontend
• Lead and mentor the development team
• Make key technical decisions and ensure their implementation
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable system solutions
• Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices across the stack
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders on technical solutions
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability
• Contribute to hands-on development across backend and frontend when needed
