Demand Planner

BetterMe Store is an athleisure brand offering comfortable sportswear, stylish accessories, and fitness equipment. As part of the BetterMe wellness platform, we’ve been promoting a holistic approach to well-being since 2017.

BetterMe Store is growing rapidly — expanding its product range, entering new markets, and enhancing operational efficiency.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Demand Planner who will drive accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory levels, and ensure the balance between production, logistics, and sales.

This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, combines analytical precision with a business mindset, and enjoys transforming data into actionable insights that keep the supply chain efficient and the business scalable.

ABOUT YOU:

• Degree in management, operations, logistics, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or audit within FMCG or e-commerce;
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights;
• Understanding of e-commerce principles, demand seasonality, and inventory management;
• Knowledge of unit economics and key performance metrics across the product lifecycle;
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, supply, QC, finance, etc.);
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities;
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Develop and refine demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights;
• Align forecasts with business goals and product launches in collaboration with E-commerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams;
• Monitor demand fluctuations and inventory levels, identifying supply constraints or overstock risks;
• Optimize replenishment cycles and logistics costs together with procurement and distribution partners;
• Support S&OP processes with accurate demand inputs, reports, and performance analysis;
• Manage stock distribution between warehouses to ensure optimal product availability;
• Communicate with international suppliers to align production and delivery schedules;
• Prepare and track factory orders according to forecasted demand;
• Measure forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements to enhance planning precision.
