BETER is a rapidly growing product company. We create competitive content supplemented with analytics in a wide portfolio of products including Sports, Esports, Live Casino, and Gaming.

For almost 5 years now we have been organizing sports and esports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own community. We hold 40 thousand of events per month in esports and classic sports. BETER products are known all over the world through our SetkaCup and EsportBattle brands, our content is represented in 152 countries with an audience of 20+ million viewers. Our current partners are the world’s most famous trading giants.

Our Live Casino went live in production by the end of 2021 with exciting 14 games and has already been adopted by dozens of operators around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

— Be the main point of contact between the clients and the business.

-Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned clients.

-Build and strengthen relationships between the company and the client.

-Identify new revenue-generating opportunities with existing clients.

-Track and analyze key performance indicators.

-Providing operational support for integration between the developer and the client.

-Identify prospects for business expansion in upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements and Skills:

-Previous experience within the online B2B industry.

-Able to build, develop and maintain good business relationships with clients and colleagues.

-Ability to represent the company at events. Travel will be required.

-Ability to manage tasks, prioritize and take ownership and accountability for achieving goals and delivering a high quality service to customers—a sense of urgency and a clear understanding of the product going forward.

-Work within a growing and dynamic company.

-Proficiency in English and Russian. Other languages are a big plus.
