SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are the product IT company that develops the best sportsbook solution in the B2B segment.

Now our Riga team is looking for a Risk Manager with a strong understanding of betting and sports.

REQUIREMENTS

— Strong understanding of sports and betting (correlation between markets, ability to explain changes);

— Good knowledge in mathematics, knowledge of probability theory;

— Understanding of risk-management;

— Ability to react fast to changes and possible mistakes;

— Someone who thrives under pressure. Enjoys working when the heat’s on;

— Ability to work on weekends and holidays;

— Upper-Intermediate level of English and Russian.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Monitoring of markets, lines, and bets;

— Increasing effectiveness of the company using technologies of monitoring and risk management;

— Cooperation with colleagues and partners for improving line and increasing effectiveness;

— Control of sportsbook content (events, technical issues, etc.);

— Clients support, cooperation with user’s support and technical support in case of any problems;

— Risk management reports during the shift;

— Make recommendations to improve the product or risk management process (limits, personal limits, delays).
