We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help our renowned travel tech client boost customer experience.

It is a varied business-facing role focusing on a blend of Salesforce administration expertise and business analysis skills.

What you’ll do in this role

• Work with Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• Pipeline management of change management requests with rapid development of new processes and configurations
• Identification and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
• Working with user support tickets
• User training and creating training materials.

We’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
• Advance Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Business Analytics familiarity

• Experience in data analytics, data management, or related roles
• Good knowledge of data analytics, cleaning, preparation, and visualization techniques
• Experience with data analytics tools and programs
• Good understanding of best practices in data management and visualization
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on solutions serving client/end user

How to knock our socks off

• Experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Active in the Salesforce community
• Experience in travel technologies
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
