We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help our renowned travel tech client boost customer experience.

It is a varied business-facing role focusing on a blend of Salesforce administration expertise and business analysis skills.
What you’ll do in this role
- Work with Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Pipeline management of change management requests with rapid development of new processes and configurations
- Identification and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- Working with user support tickets
- User training and creating training materials.
We’re looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Advance Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Business Analytics familiarity
- Experience in data analytics, data management, or related roles
- Good knowledge of data analytics, cleaning, preparation, and visualization techniques
- Experience with data analytics tools and programs
- Good understanding of best practices in data management and visualization
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on solutions serving client/end user
How to knock our socks off
- Experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Experience in travel technologies
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
