Requirements:
— Practical accounting/bookkeeping experience
— Double Entry accounting
— Advanced in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables,etc)
— Experience with ERP (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, any other)
— Detail-oriented and able to organize financial data
— Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
— English: upper-intermediate +
— 5+ Experience in similar position
Nice to have:
— International Finance experience
— Accrual accounting experience
— Multi-warehouse Inventory accounting experience
— Financial/Business/Math Education or extensive relevant experience
— Data Analytics (Power BI, DAX)
Responsibilities:
— Perform daily accounting and reporting activities
— Identify and analyze the variances
— Prepare monthly budget reports, account analyses and budget forecast
— Provide support to manager by assisting in various processes and system development projects
