Business Developer / Business Analyst / Product Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for Business Developer / Business Analyst / Product Manager for a product company of our Holding.

Key qualifications of the candidate:
— Successful experience in WEB/Mobile applications development / implementation
— Strong understanding of Waterfall and Scrum methodology
— Agile team collaboration (Developers, Designers, Data Scientists, QA)
— Excellent IT Business Analysis methods, tools, and process knowledge within a global organization
— Experience in automating analytics report processes
— Experience in system integration processes, using API
— Examples of finalized projects/products
— Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence tools
— Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
— In-depth understanding of the business processes and needs of product companies
— Requirements management experience

Responsibilities:
— Communicate with customers, the support team, and other departments to address any issues
— Collect data to analyze for any performance out of expectation
— Maintain records of product data and tickets for traceability and investigation
— Execute update campaigns for systems deployed
— Main backup for systems reviews reports for the team
— Monitor and identify functional performance and improvements of different system modules
— Providing resolution to problems related to communication, networking, IP Routing, and synchronization
— Creating and documenting procedures that may be required by customers adapting the information to a customer-specific requirement
— Test, Reproduce and Troubleshoot failures detected and provide a solution promptly
— Performance event investigation, resolution, and mitigation for future events

Managers with knowledge of Transport industry — big advantage, but not a must.
