Axon is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO team. If you strive to be the best at what you do and have a passion for management, we’ll be excited to welcome you on board!

What you need for this position:

• 2+ years of project management experience in software development projects;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of applying Agile and Predictive methodologies;
• Analytical thinking and attention to details;
• Leadership skills and ability to lead the team;
• Upper-Intermediate English in order to communicate with US/EU-based clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing multiple software development projects;
• Manage project schedule, scope, resources, budget and timeline of the project;
• Be responsible for project results delivery in accordance with project objectives to the clients;
• Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the client and other stakeholders;
• Establish and efficiently manage communications among project stakeholders;
• Identifying, communication and planning mitigation action for risks of the projects;
• Provide leadership and motivation of project team members to meet project objectives;
• Managing project documentation: Project Charter, Project Plan, WBS;
• Change management.
