What you need for this position:
- 2+ years of project management experience in software development projects;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment;
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of applying Agile and Predictive methodologies;
- Analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Leadership skills and ability to lead the team;
- Upper-Intermediate English in order to communicate with US/EU-based clients.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing multiple software development projects;
- Manage project schedule, scope, resources, budget and timeline of the project;
- Be responsible for project results delivery in accordance with project objectives to the clients;
- Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the client and other stakeholders;
- Establish and efficiently manage communications among project stakeholders;
- Identifying, communication and planning mitigation action for risks of the projects;
- Provide leadership and motivation of project team members to meet project objectives;
- Managing project documentation: Project Charter, Project Plan, WBS;
- Change management.
