Responsibilities:
— Project management of Magento-based e-commerce websites development including clients’ requests, tasks decomposition & distribution, project & estimates ownership
— Task Unit management of developers, Quality assurance engineers, and designers
— Project ownership including stakeholders management, requests an inspection, and upsells within agile development methodology
— “Champion” attitude to the project with responsibility for collecting clients’ business goals and successful project implementation
— Own communication, manage clients’ expectations, and planning process
— Manage projects’ Backlog, and maintain Sprints planning and delivery
— Oversee projects’ budget, scope, and deliverables
— Provide people management for the development team together with the HR team

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience in Project Management in an international IT company
— Successful track record of Web or Software projects delivered
— Experience in agile methodologies
— Fluent English communication both verbal and written. Business English skills
— Top-notch communication skills both with technical and non-technical audiences
— Experience of working with JIRA
— Strong analytical skills balanced with high empathy
— Technical background or willingness to dig into tech details

Nice to have skills:
— Experience in Magento 2 projects
— PM Certifications
