Prompt Engineer — Founding team

Assisterr’s mission is to expand financial freedom to millions of people worldwide by democratizing crypto-analytics and investment.

assisterr.xyz — first in its class web3 analytics powered by natural language. In response to users’ web3-specific requests assisterr provide market intelligence and insights based on a wide range of social, financial, and on-chain data in a form of text output (LLM) combined with interactive dashboards.

Large language models (LLMs) are a new type of intelligence, and the process of teaching them to deliver optimal results is still in its early stages. It’s a combination of programming, instruction, and teaching. Your role is to determine the most effective methods of prompting our AI to perform a variety of tasks and document them to create a toolbox and set of tutorials that the crypto-community can use to find prompts that meet their specific needs.

Since the field of prompt engineering is relatively new, hiring for this position may be challenging. However, if you have previous projects that demonstrate prompt engineering on LLMs or image generation models, please share them with us.

What the job involves

• Collaborate with the CTO and founders to develop and launch our production-ready product
• Assist in the design, development, and release of new features
• Identify, test, and document effective practices for a range of web3 market analytics tasks that are important to our customers
• Create a library of quality prompts or prompt chains for various tasks, with an easy guide to help users find the ones they need
• Develop tutorials and interactive tools to teach our customers the art of prompt engineering
• Work with our end-users to improve their prompt strategies

Our tech stack:

• Frontend: Next.js (TS)
• Backend: Express (TS) / flask (Python) for backend API routing setup, middleware, and controllers;
• Typescript and python are basis
• MongoDB Atlas (NoSQL Database)
• Vercel / AWS cloud computing;

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a high-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models.
• Are an excellent communicator, and love teaching technical concepts and creating high-quality documentation that helps out others.
• Are excited to talk to motivated customers and help solve their problems.
• Have a startup mindset and enjoy building products from the ground up.
• Think holistically and can proactively identify the needs of different segments of customers.
• Make ambiguous problems clear and identify core principles that can translate across scenarios.

Salary — The expected salary range for this position is $60-75k

Equity — On top of this position’s salary, equity will be a major component of the total compensation.
