CRO — Chief Revenue Officer | Tier-1 iGaming
📍 Location: Europe / Remote

APERCON is looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth and commercial strategy for an international iGaming business focused on Tier-1 markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the company’s overall revenue strategy and commercial performance

• Drive growth across Acquisition, Affiliates, CRM, Retention and Conversion

• Develop and scale strategies for Tier-1 GEOs

• Optimize key business metrics: GGR, NGR, LTV, CAC, ARPU, FTD and ROI

• Identify new revenue opportunities and growth channels

• Build and manage high-performing commercial teams

• Work closely with CEO, CPO, CMO and Product teams to align growth strategy

• Lead market expansion and scaling of existing brands/products

• Make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and player value

🔑 Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior commercial/revenue leadership experience in iGaming

• Strong track record in Tier-1 markets — UK, Germany, Nordics, Canada, Australia, etc.

• Deep understanding of the full player revenue funnel

• Strong expertise in Acquisition, Affiliates, CRM/Retention and monetization

• Proven experience scaling iGaming products and revenue

• Strong analytical and financial mindset

• Experience managing international teams and multiple GEOs

• Fluent English
