📢 Vacancy: Head of Affiliates and Partners

📍 Location: Cyprus

APERCON is looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates and Partners to join a leading international iGaming company and drive the affiliate function across key markets, including Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Africa.

This is a key leadership role for an affiliate professional who can build and scale the function — from developing the international affiliate strategy and acquiring strategic partners to deal structuring, traffic quality control, and performance optimization.

🔹 Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, including at least 3 years in a Head / Lead-level position

— Strong track record of managing and scaling multi-geo affiliate programs

— Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, Everflow, NetRefer, etc.

— Proficient in tracking setup and analytics (S2S, Postback, UTM, GTM)

— Strong understanding of affiliate economics, CPA/RevShare models, deal structuring, and P&L

— Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key affiliates and strategic partners

— Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

— Fluent in English
