🚀 APERCON is hiring an experienced CEO to lead B2C operations across Tier-1 markets, driving growth in highly competitive environments.

🧲 Requirements:

— 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within B2C iGaming

— Solid leadership experience in iGaming B2C in Tier-1 markets

— Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing in mature markets

— Strong track record of sustainable growth and market share expansion

— P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence

— Fluent in English and Ukrainian

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

— Lead and scale B2C operations in Tier-1 markets

— Develop and execute long-term growth strategy

— Ensure full regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions

— Own P&L and drive operational efficiency

— Build and align cross-functional teams around business goals

— Strengthen relationships with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
