Front end development includes:

Experience — minimum 3-4 years of hand on experience with React;
Coding in React.js based on Designs and Style Guide from Figma, and business requirements
Utilizing modern technology such as TypeScript, Storybook, etc. to maintain code quality
Collaborating with backend and frontend developers regarding architecture
Keeping the users’ needs at the forefront of decisions, to get the best UX possible.
Ability to optimize for security, performance and scalability
Engaging in code reviews with other front end devs.
Working with manual QA tech to ensure a bug-free product

Backend development includes:

Experience — minimum 3-4 years of hand on experience with React;
Coding in Node.js based on business requirements
Developing API endpoints to support desktop applications, utilizing REST principles
Brainstorming with the team and business leaders to architect solutions that solve business challenges
Using a query builder to interact with MS SQL Server databases
Build and deploy applications in AWS using CodeBuild, Terraform
Ability to optimize for security, performance and scalability
Engaging in code reviews with other back end devs.
Writing API & Unit tests to allow for regression testing
