Aimprosoft, a fast-growing IT company, is expanding its cooperation with a leading European retail enterprise operating across multiple countries. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join a long-term CRM transformation program integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud on a contract basis.
🎯About the project & role:
You will join a newly launched digital transformation initiative focused on building a modern, scalable B2B CRM ecosystem from the ground up using the latest Salesforce technologies and architectural standards.
The solution connects sales, partner management, and lead processes for construction and solution-partner networks.
The technical landscape includes Sales Cloud, MuleSoft Anypoint integration layer, and OpenSearch analytics, with a roadmap that also covers Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
As a Salesforce Architect, you will define the system architecture, establish development governance, and mentor Salesforce developers. Your goal is to ensure scalable design, clean integrations, and long-term maintainability of the CRM platform while helping shape it from its early development stage.
🔥What We Need From You:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in architect-level roles.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow Builder.
- Architect and oversee integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint as middleware.
- Awareness or practical exposure to Data Cloud / Einstein AI.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model design, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
- Experience connecting Salesforce with ERP, PIM, or analytics systems. And define data flows between them and external systems.
- Design a scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for B2B lead and account management.
- Define technical standards, naming conventions, and CI/CD processes. Promote automation and Salesforce DX-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish best practices for Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integration flows. Review and guide the implementation of Apex classes, Lightning components, and triggers.
- Ensure a single source of truth for accounts and partner data.
- Support developers with code design, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts and PMs to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Work closely with internal and external technical teams to align architecture and integration strategy.
- Participate in discovery and planning sessions; challenge requirements when needed.
- Provide an architectural roadmap and recommendations for future Salesforce modules.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance.
- Align technical solutions with enterprise architecture and long-term sustainability.
- Ability to evaluate requirements and guide the business toward scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills, capable of leading discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
📌Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- Experience with Bloomreach Engagement or other CDP tools.
- Knowledge of Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, or Einstein Studio.
- Previous experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or Construction B2B domains.
- German language understanding is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent real-world experience).
