About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and scale high-performance systems that power a modern Ads platform, handling large volumes of real-time data with low latency. You’ll build APIs and services across campaign management, targeting, and reporting, while driving architectural decisions that ensure reliability and scalability. This role offers strong ownership, technical leadership, and the opportunity to shape distributed systems in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.

What you will do
● Architect, build, and evolve core systems for the Ads platform;
● Design APIs and services supporting campaign management, targeting, delivery, attribution, and reporting;
● Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems processing large volumes of events and data;
● Own critical systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and improvements;
● Drive architectural decisions and establish patterns that support scalability, reliability, and developer productivity;
● Collaborate with product, data, and partner teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
● Provide technical leadership through design reviews, system discussions, and mentoring engineers;
● Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and platform vision;
● Participate in hiring and help grow a high-performing

Must haves
● 5+ years of experience in software engineering
● Strong proficiency in Java or Go
● Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput architectures
● Expertise in API design and microservices
● Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
● Experience with NoSQL databases and data processing frameworks
