About the role
We are looking for a Senior Developer to lead Salesforce—Azure integrations, enhance middleware, and streamline file handling processes. You’ll work in an agile team, applying your expertise in .NET Core, Salesforce, and Azure to deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve customer and team experiences.

What you will do
● Refactor & fix integration: Resolve the current integration issues between Salesforce and Azure Blob Storage via middleware;
● Remove direct blob access from Salesforce: Implement a secure process where Salesforce no longer has direct access to Blob Storage, using shared links and tokens through middleware;
● Streamline file upload process: Optimize and simplify the file upload workflow, replacing the current “janky hybrid setup.”;
● Enhance and maintain middleware: Ensure the middleware handles all file-related operations and communications between Salesforce and Azure;
● Collaborate on client portal development: Contribute to the development of the upcoming client portal, integrating with Salesforce and Azure;
● Ensure scalability and security: Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions for data and file management.

Must haves
● 3+ years of professional experience working with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET, including Web API and REST services;
● Salesforce custom development: Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
● +2 proven experience with integrations between Salesforce and Microsoft Azure (including Blob Storage, Azure Functions, ServiceBus);
● Middleware & API development: Strong knowledge in building and maintaining middleware for service orchestration and file handling;
● Cloud & DevOps skills: Experience with Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines;
● Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
● Autonomy and senior-level experience: Ability to solve complex problems independently, as the client has no bandwidth for ramp-up;
● A passion for delightful user experiences;
● A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
● Strong software engineering foundation and experience;
● Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
● Experience with JavaScript frameworks used in the project (React, Angular, Vue);
● Knowledge of TypeScript and additional frontend libraries (jQuery, KnockoutJS);
● Familiarity with design patterns, microservices, and tools like Docker;
● Previous experience working on enterprise-level Salesforce integrations;
● UML diagrams, prototyping and creating proof of concept, writing technical documentation;
● Exposure to Redis, Azure CosmosDB, and monitoring tools like Sentry.io;
● You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code;
● You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
● You have experience working in an Agile environment;
● You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;
● You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
