We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on selling Google advertising products to direct publishers and programmatic networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with specific expertise in Google products and a proven track record of establishing successful relationships with video and audio publishers.

— 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on digital advertising and Google products.
— Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
— Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and industry trends
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and driving growth.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
— Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to selling Google MCM to direct publishers and programmatic networks
— Drive the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts and closing deals
— Regularly assess and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics
— Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure alignment and mutual support in achieving shared goals
Google Guru:
— Deep dive into Google advertising products such as Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Campaign Manager, becoming an expert in their features, benefits, and applications
— Clearly communicate the value proposition of Google advertising products to direct publishers and programmatic networks, demonstrating how they can meet clients’ specific needs and objectives
Communication and Partnership:
— Establish and cultivate strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and pain points
— Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of solutions to clients
— Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process and beyond
Market Analysis and Insights:
— Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in digital advertising, Google products, and publisher networks
— Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify new opportunities, potential challenges, and competitive threats
— Share insights and recommendations with other teams and key stakeholders, informing strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement
