Data Analyst

About the project:

The project enhances financial integrity by detecting errors, non-compliance, and fraud in real-time through automated financial analysis. Key services include risk assessment, anomaly detection, and process transparency, helping businesses improve compliance, reduce losses, and optimize performance through quick ERP integration.

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of Data Analysis experience, demonstrating expertise with complex datasets.
• Upper-intermediate and higher level of English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of Python (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to understand business processes quickly.
• Strong communication skills for conveying data insights clearly.
• Experience working with clients.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., ClickHouse, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, refine, and organize financial data from various sources to align with business objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, delivering insights through well-structured, visually engaging, and user-friendly dashboards.
• Design and manage dashboards and alerts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with end-user needs.
• Develop detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, and business teams to offer insights that support informed decision-making.
• Regularly review and improve existing data processes, staying informed on the latest in data analytics and finance.
